Career Highlights

Jeff played tennis for the University of South Florida (USF) from 1976-79. In “1976” he won the USF “Scholar Athlete Award.” He was a three-time Sun Belt Conference Champion in #1 Singles and #1 Doubles. He was the Florida Intercollegiate Champion #1 Singles in “1997”. He was USF “Athlete of The Year” in “1979”. He had a total of 174 wins in four years. Jeff competed in the USTA Pro Circuit and Challenger Tournaments on three continents from 1979-81, reaching a career high ATP Single’s ranking of 375. As a senior player he has been ranked by the USTA in Florida #1 Singles 7 times. In USTA National Singles ranking, he has been ranked in the top ten eight times. In the International Tennis Federation, he has been ranked in the top ten in Singles four times. He has won the USTA Florida State Closed four times. He has won five USTA National titles. He has three Singles titles and two Doubles titles in the International Tennis Federation. He was selected in “1994” to play for America in the Italia Cup in Rosario, Argentina. He was selected to the “2004” International Club Men’s 45 team in Barcelona, Spain and came in first place. Jeff has been given the USTA Florida Adult Male “Player of The Year Award” in “1994” and again in “2004”
