David played four years at Belmont Abbey College, where he was named All-Conference in “1994”. In “1995”, he was the CIAC Conference Singles and Doubles Champion. David was also named an NAIA All-American Scholar Athlete and NAIA second team All-American. He was ranked #10 Doubles Team in the NAIA. In “2001”, he was the Men’s Open Florida State Closed Doubles Champion and ranked #4 in USPTA Grand Prix Circuit Men’s Open. David was also ranked #1 USTA Doubles Team in the nation in “2002”
